Notice is hereby given that the October 9, 2025 Regular City Council Meeting has been cancelled. A special meeting has been scheduled for October 16, 2025.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Park City Council will consider authorizing the City to give JF ENGINEHOUSE PARTNERS, LLC $754,497 for soil dump fees to support an affordable housing project located at 1875 Homestake Drive. A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. All interested persons are invited to participate in the public hearing in person or electronically and shall be given an opportunity to speak. Copies of the required study pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-8-2 that demonstrates the purpose for the below- market ground lease are available for public inspection at least 14 days prior to the scheduled public hearing in the City Recorder's Office during regular business hours and online at www.parkcity.gov.
