PCMC seeks to contract with a qualified vendor to provide professional arborist services, tree pruning, and general landscaping maintenance for all PCMC properties. Vendors can submit for any or all the services listed in the fee schedule section, if offering additional services than the ones in the provided fee schedule, please add line items as needed. One or more contractors will be selected and will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for arborist, tree pruning and general landscaping maintenance work on an as-needed basis and non-exclusive basis. This contract will be for a period of three years with the option to renew it for two additional one-year periods. PCMC will allow up to a 3% labor and services escalation each year. PCMC anticipates there will be multiple awards resulting from this RFP.
