RSOQ: Senior Center Design Services

PCMC is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) proposals from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) to provide Senior Center Design Services.
PROPOSALS DUE: By 2:00 P.M. MST on Friday, June 20, 2025. Submit proposals electronically via Bonfire formerly Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”). The proposals will be opened after the submission deadline.
RSOQ AVAILABLE: The RSOQ will be available on May 27, 2025, on the U3P website. Any modifications to the RSOQ or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RSOQ posted on the U3P website. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing through the U3P website by 5:00 p.m. MST on Monday, June 16, 2025. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
PROJECT LOCATION: 1220 Park Avenue, Park City, UT 84060
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide design services for the construction of a proposed Senior Center: new two (2)-story building of approximately 10,000 square feet with a footprint of approximately 7,000 square feet that will be located at the current site of the Mawhinney Parking Lot in Park City, UT.
PROJECT DEADLINE:
- Phase 1 (Site Assessment and Concept Design Review): anticipated duration of 4 months from July 2025 to November 2025.
- Phase 2 (Schematic Design): Anticipated duration of 6 months from December 2025 to June 2026.
- Phase 3 (90 and 100% Construction and Bid Documents): Anticipated duration of 6 months from July 2026 to January 2027.

Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this RSOQ. PCMC also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of PCMC.
