REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
PCMC is inviting statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified persons or firms (“Respondents”) to provide development and planning for heating and cooling districts using thermal energy networks for core Park City areas.

General Information
SOQ DUE: By 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
Submit SOQs electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place/Bonfire website (“U3P”). The SOQs will be opened after the submission deadline.
RSOQ AVAILABLE: The RSOQ will be available on Monday, September 1, 2025, on U3P and the PCMC website. Any modifications to the RSOQ or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RSOQ posted on U3P. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing on U3P by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
PROJECT LOCATION: Bonanza Park and Main Street Districts as described in Exhibit A.

SOQs will remain valid for 90 days after submission. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this RSOQ. PCMC also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in SOQs received when in the best interest of PCMC.
