Application #1: Right of WayOnline Application: Work in Public Right of Way Description: A work in the Public Right-of-Way (ROW) permit is required for any work being done in the public ROW on most streets. The public ROW extends approximately 10 feet back from curb and gutter. Examples: trenching in the street for a new utility or repair and/or replacement, replacement of sidewalk, installation of a drain through the curb, adding a snowmelt system, construction or widening of driveway approach, and dumpsters and/or portable outdoor storage units. *No work can begin without an approved ROW Permit. Requirements:
Process: You will be emailed a request to pay your application fee and bond. Once payment has been received you will be emailed an approved permit and work may begin. It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain any other required permits such as:

Application #8: Long Term Stormwater Management Plan and AgreementDescription: Long-Term Stormwater Management Plan (LTSWMP) explains the layout of the property and how the property owner is going to maintain their property to reduce pollutant runoff. Inspections are also required every other year by the property owner of the Site, and The City will perform an inspection every 5 years to ensure the plan is effective. These inspections will be performed in ComplianceGo. The Stormwater Coordinator will send out invitation links and reminder emails through ComplianceGo to the Management Agreement holders to complete quick and easy inspections.
*No Fee Requirements: Complete the Long-Term Stormwater Management Plan and Agreement. There are 2 parts to this document, the first is the Plan. The plan template is meant to be modified as needed to conform to the site specifications. The second is the Agreement which will need to be signed by the property owner and notarized. This plan and agreement will be recorded with the County. The Plan is intended to be a living document and must be adapted when site conditions and operations change and when existing programs are ineffective. Revision applications must be filed with the Park City Engineering Division and amended into the Long-Term Stormwater Management Plan on file with the Summit County Recorder.
