The Park City Women’s 9 Hole Golf League provides an opportunity for women to play golf in a supportive and inclusive environment.  Our goals are to promote sportsmanship while participating in fun weekly games, to encourage respect for the game of golf and to make positive contributions to our community.

2026 Overview

The league has tee times on Tuesdays – both in the mornings starting at 6.50 AM until about 10.30 AM and then again in the afternoon from about 2.30 PM until 6.30 PM.  Weather permitting, the league starts at the beginning of May and continues until the end of September.  You don’t have to play every week.  Sign up for tee times are on a weekly basis.  The sign-up sheets are located in the Pro Shop eight days in advance (Tuesday for the next Tuesday) or you can call the Pro Shop seven days in advance.  You can sign up to play with ladies that you know, or wherever there is an opening on the sign-up sheet. 

Dues for the 2026 season are $50.00

With more than 350 members last year, our league was the largest ladies nine hole league in Utah. We have golfers of all abilities, and while we encourage our members to establish a handicap with the Utah Golf Association (UGA), many of our members just want to go out and enjoy the game without keeping score or turning in a score card.  Each week we have a weekly game, and award prizes.  In order to be eligible to win prizes, the member needs to have an established handicap. 

In addition, we have Sunday Socials four times a season, where we play in teams of four and socialize with drinks/snacks afterwards. The socials are lots of fun and a great way to meet other golfers.  Members also will have the ability to join group lessons given by the golf pros.  

UGA Handicap

If you have not renewed or obtained a Utah Golf Association (UGA) handicap you are required to do so to participate in weekly competitions for prizes. The UGA fee for a GHIN handicap is $38.00.  The UGA fee is not handled by the PCWGA.  Please call (801-563-0400) or  http://uga.org/ for more information.  If you do not have an established handicap at the beginning of the season, the UGA requires you to play and to post five scores to establish a handicap and thus be eligible for league prizes. Scores must be posted on the USGA GHIN App to determine and update handicaps.

Weekly Tee Sign-Ups and Registration

To sign up for weekly tee times on the league sign-up sheets, you must be a paid member of the 9 Hole League and have submitted a 2026 membership form.  If you have not paid the yearly dues AND submitted a membership form, you cannot sign up for tee times or play during scheduled Tuesday League times. 

Eligibility for weekly competitions are defined in the By-Laws. Briefly, each member must have paid league dues and submitted a membership form at least one week in advance of her first day of play and have an established UGA handicap. Members who turn in a score card for the weekly competitions must also enter their score in the GHIN app to update their handicap index.

Flight Groups for 2026 Season

Will consist of four flights weekly.  Flights are determined by players' handicaps. Players can move between flights based on changes to their handicap and the total number of players each week.

To participate in the August Challenge, a PCWGA 9 hole league member must have an established handicap and played in at least two weekly Tuesday competitions with other PCWGA Nine Hole Golf League members prior to the championship dates.

Ringer Tournament

This year the Nine Hole League will again have the opportunity to play in a Ringer Tournament. This fun tournament will engage each member for the entire season. The details on entering and playing in the Ringer Tournament will be available at the Pro Shop on the first day of play.
