New Water Billing System Launching May 1, 2026 

Park City is upgrading to a new online utility billing system on May 1, 2026. This improved system will make it easier to manage your account, update your information, and make payments securely — all in one place. 

To ensure a smooth transition, all customers who currently pay online will need to take a few simple steps once the new system goes live. 

What’s Changing 

New Customer Portal

• A modern, user-friendly online portal will replace the current payment page
• All customers who pay online will need to create a new account in the updated system

New Account Number 

• Your account number will change as part of the update
• If you use Bill Pay through your bank please update that to your new account number, to ensure your payment is properly credited to your account
• This new number will be available on your May Statement
• Consider setting up auto payment on our new customer portal.   

Autopay Enrollment

• If you use credit‑card autopay today, you’ll need to re‑enroll in autopay in the new portal
• Customers who pay automatically via bank account and routing number do not need to take action 

Updated Bill Format 

Your paper bill will have a fresh look but will continue to feature all essential account details. 

What’s Not Changing 

• You can still pay by mail, in person, or by phone
• Customer service support remains available through the Water Department

How to Set Up Your New Online Account (Available May 1)

Follow the steps below once the new system launches on May 1:

1. Click Water Customer Service in the new portal

2. Select Add Account

3. Enter your personal information

4. Verify your email address

6. Choose whether to set up two-factor authentication (recommended but optional)

7. Select Add Account again

9. Click Add Account. The system may take a moment to load your information

10. Repeat the process if you have multiple accounts
