Each shuttle trip can accommodate:
- Up to 11 passengers

Safety and Trail Conditions
Bonanza Flat is an undeveloped, high-elevation backcountry area. Riders should be prepared for rapidly changing mountain weather and winter trail conditions.
- Users access the terrain at their own risk
- Grooming operations may be in place, but conditions can vary. Please check grooming reports at mountaintrails.org
- Trails are maintained by the Mountain Trails Foundation, with support from the City’s snowcat, 'Roy
Expanded Access
The Bonanza Winter Shuttle provides a significant increase in access to Bonanza Flat in comparison to years past. This includes:
- Three times as many services days
- Double the operating hours
The program builds on the success of the summer expansion of Transit's 9 Purple Route, and is fully funded through paid parking revenue collected at Bonanza Flat trailheads during summer 2025.
Thank you to Deer Valley Resort, Talisker, Mountain Trails Foundation, and Utah Open Lands for their collaboration to make this program possible!
