Bus in the Winter
What is Ride On Park City?

Park City’s Ride On Winter Rewards Program is a four‑month initiative, December 1, 2025–March 31, 2026, that encourages residents, visitors, and employees in the Park City community to choose sustainable travel options like walking, biking, transit, carpooling/vanpooling, and utilizing park and ride lots, instead of driving alone.

By logging trips at parkcity.rideamigos.com, participants earn points toward cash prizes and monthly drawings, with more sustainable modes scoring higher. Connect with your neighbors, coworkers, and fellow commuters through Ride On!

What constitutes a "trip?"

A “trip” refers to any one-way journey, whether it is made for work, leisure, recreation, errands, medical appointments, social visits, or other personal activities. Trips may begin or end at home, work, school, or other destinations, and are counted individually regardless of round-trip completion.

Eligible travel modes include walking, biking, skating, scootering, carpooling, vanpooling, riding transit, and utilizing the park and ride to support one of these modes.

How do I get started?
  1. Create an account at parkcity.rideamigos.com
  2. Be sure to join the "Ride On Park City" network as well as your employer network, if available.
  3. Explore ongoing programs listed under the “Rewards” and “Challenges” widgets on the home screen.
  4. Start logging your trips! It's that simple to unlock rewards!

Please note, this year, trips should be logged via parkcity.rideamigos.com. The CommuteTracker app is no longer available.

What type of prizes are available?

Ride sustainably, rack up points, and win! The top 10 riders at the end of the Winter Ride On program will take home cash prizes up to $450. And even if you’re not at the top, you’re still in the running — log trips on three different days each month and you’ll be entered into a monthly raffle for a Mountainkind e-gift card and awesome program swag.
